Gordon Podiatry is an established podiatry clinic in Gordon, New South Wales offering a wide range of services, including general podiatry care, biomechanical assessments, diabetic foot care, custom orthoses, paediatric assessments, and ingrown toenail treatment.

As the clinic grew, its existing website was no longer effectively supporting patients or the front-desk team. Many patients struggled to quickly understand services or find the right information before booking, leading to additional phone enquiries and manual support.

Squid Digital redesigned and developed a modern website that simplifies the patient journey, clearly presents services and practitioners, and guides visitors toward booking appointments more easily — helping reduce administrative pressure on the clinic team.

The brief

The goal was not just to give the clinic a professional online presence. It was to create a website that would be genuinely useful day to day:

  • most importantly, make appointment booking easier and more accessible

What we delivered

Squid Digital designed and developed a clean, mobile-friendly clinic website with a straightforward navigation structure and clear calls to action. The key public pages include:
  • a homepage that quickly introduces the clinic and core treatments
  • an About Us page that builds trust through practitioner bios and qualifications
  • a Treatments page outlining common conditions and services
  • a Contact page with phone, email, address and opening hours
  • a dedicated Book Appointment page focused on conversion
We have also supported ongoing updates to keep the site current as the clinic evolved, including refreshed practitioner content and treatment information. The About Us page now reflects multiple senior practitioners and expanded treatment detail, helping the website do a better job of communicating the clinic’s depth of experience.

The standout result: online appointment booking

One of the most successful elements of this project has been the move toward online appointment booking.
From an operational point of view, this has helped reduce the burden of handling bookings purely by phone. Instead of relying on someone to answer calls throughout the day, patients can make appointments online through the website’s booking pathway at a time that suits them — including outside clinic opening hours. The clinic still has front-desk support where needed, but the website now helps absorb a meaningful share of booking demand.
